Thank you for choosing TECHRISE. We are committed to providing high‑quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund & Warranty Policy explains when and how you can return an item, receive a refund, or obtain a replacement.

2. 30‑Day Return Policy (Change of Mind / Customer Error)
You may return most unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, even if you simply changed your mind.
2.1 Conditions for Return
- The item must be in original condition (not damaged, altered, or missing parts).
- It must be returned in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2.2 Situations covered by this section
- Not satisfied with performance
- Item does not fit correctly
- Item does not meet expectations
- Bought the wrong item
- Accidentally bought too many
- Order cancellation after shipment
- Provided the wrong shipping address
2.3 Costs and refund amount
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
A 15% restocking fee may apply (if the returned item is not in resalable condition).
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
2.4 How to return (customer error)
Contact us at support@techrisehome.com within 30 days of delivery.
We will provide the return address (do not return items before receiving our approval).
Pack the item securely and ship it back at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items (within 30 days)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover return shipping and offer either a full refund or a replacement – your choice.
3.1 Eligible situations
- Item arrived damaged
- Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
- We shipped the wrong item
- We shipped to the wrong address
- We shipped a duplicate order by mistake
- Item malfunctioned within 30 days of delivery (provided it was assembled correctly per the manual)
3.2 What we need from you
- Photo or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Your order number.
3.3 Process for defective/wrong items
Contact support@techrisehome.com within 30 days of delivery.
Provide clear evidence (photos/videos).
We will approve the return and send you a prepaid shipping label.
Ship the item back using that label.
Once received, we will:
Issue a full refund (including original shipping), or
Send you a free replacement.
If you do not provide sufficient evidence, the return may be treated as “customer error” (see Section 2).
4. 3‑Year Warranty (after 30 days up to 3 years)
We stand behind our products. TECHRISE offers a 3‑year warranty from the original date of purchase.
4.1 What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctions that occur under normal use (not caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications)
4.2 Warranty service
- We will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you.
- Refunds are not provided under the warranty unless mutually agreed in writing.
4.3 What the warranty does NOT cover
1.Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
2.Normal wear and tear
3.Lost or stolen items
4.4 How to make a warranty claim (30 days – 3 years)
1.Contact support@techrisehome.com with your order number and a description / video of the issue.
2.We will diagnose the problem and decide whether to send a replacement part, a whole replacement unit, or ask you to return the item (we may cover return shipping for valid warranty claims).
3.We will ship the repair or replacement item free of charge.

6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships – free of charge. Contact us at support@techrisehome.com.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it following the 30‑day return policy (Section 2), and return shipping costs will apply.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 3‑10 additional business days to appear in your account.
