How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Powered by our advanced energy-saving battery, the vacuum delivers up to 70 minutes of continuous runtime in ECO mode—perfect for whole-home deep cleaning. In AUTO mode, it intelligently adjusts its suction power based on the floor type, which naturally optimizes battery life.

Why is my vacuum losing suction power, and how can I fix it?

This is usually caused by a clog in the floor brush, tube, or filters. Please try the following steps to restore full power:

  1. Clear any hair or debris wrapped around the floor brush and inside the telescopic tube.
  2. Wash the stainless steel filter with water and let it air-dry completely.
  3. Replace the old HEPA filter with a fresh one before your next cleaning session.

Why does my vacuum cleaner suddenly shut off by itself during use?

To protect the motor, the machine will trigger a safety shut-off if the airflow becomes completely blocked. To reset and restart your vacuum, simply clear any clogs in the floor brush and tube, wash the stainless steel filter, and replace the HEPA filter.

Does pet hair or long hair get wrapped around the roller brush?

We designed this specifically to solve that headache. The floor brush features a specialized V-shaped roller brush integrated with built-in comb-like teeth. As you vacuum, the comb actively detangles and clears hair directly into the dustbin, keeping the brush roll clog-free and saving you from ever needing scissors to cut hair out.

Why does the floor brush stop spinning on carpets while the main motor is still running?

When encountering high resistance on thick or plush carpets, the brush may temporarily stop spinning to protect your carpet fibers and the motor. Simply lift the vacuum head slightly off the carpet, and the brush will automatically restart and resume working.
