• Eco Mode (Up to 60 Mins): This is your daily go-to. It’s perfect for sweeping up dust bunnies, crumbs, and maintaining hardwood, tile, or laminate floors.
• MAX Mode (15–20 Mins): This unleashes our high-performance brushless motor’s ultimate suction. It’s designed specifically for deep-cleaning thick carpets or pulling stubborn pet hair out of fabric car seats. Because it draws maximum power, it naturally drains the battery faster.

Shoutout to all the awesome pet parents out there—we see you (and the endless fur trails)! While our Anti-Tangle V-Brush does an incredible job of stopping long hair from wrapping around the roller blades, a massive wave of seasonal undercoat fur combined with static dust can sometimes create a little "traffic jam" right at the dustbin's entry flap.

To keep your sweeping as smooth as a stroll in the park, we recommend two quick tips:

1. Don't Wait Till It's Full: If it’s peak shedding season, give the one-button empty click halfway through your clean. It takes 2 seconds and keeps the airflow perfect.
2. Clear the Intake Flap: If you ever notice a drop in suction, simply detach the wand and clear any stubborn fur clumps from the canister entrance. Your TechRise will be right back to full power!

Don't worry, you are definitely not the first person to play "laser tag" with the power trigger! We designed the ergonomic pistol grip to feel completely effortless in your hand while steering, but the trigger is only for turning the vacuum on and off.

To empty the trash without getting your hands dirty, look for the dedicated release button located on the top/side of the dustbin capsule itself. One quick click, the bottom hatch snaps open, and everything drops straight into your trash can. It takes just a few tries to break the muscle memory, and then it's smooth sailing!

We like to call it the "Dust Detective"! Standard white lights tend to wash out fine particles on light-colored floors.
